Pumpkin recipes?

My mom convinced me to save the insides of my pumpkins this year. I already pureed them & baked the seeds.

Now what do I do with all this puree?

1 can of pumpkin
1 box of cake mix (cinn swirl, spice cake, or any cake mix on hand)
1 egg
1 shot of oil (I never measure)

you can't mess this recipe up!

makes 12 huge ****ins - sprinkle with nuts

Bake 350' 25-30

how big of can of pumpkin? The huge can or the soup can size? Thanks...I think I may try this today if I get my house Monday sparkling clean first:giggles:!

Made the pumpkin ****ins and just ate one warm....YUMMY! I used a carrot cake mix and followed the directions. I will definately be using this one again! Thanks for the recipe!!!
