On another note I am exhausted...thank God for my vol's...we had to transport all of the clients to the shelter ourselves tonight since our driver is MIA. I am beat...between that and trying to talk them all out of their verbal bickering....So incredibly thankful to my volunteer...that woman is a saint!

in other news, I finally beat that banana hoarder, smallsaver, in wwf. It only took a month :hides:

Ooh, I should play against her. Although if it took you a month she must be good. Since you continue to kick my ****. I do love our close games though.

on a much sader note--my GF's son was trying out for Marist Baseball--Now I dont know much about Baseball but from what I hear he is really good--plays travel etc..he didnt make it--he is so athletic , tall great build a great hitter a good pitcher and a lefty

he was devastated..
 
DS6 has strep throat. :pout: He has hardly any symptoms, other than enlarged tonsils and a tiny sore throat. Fortunately we were at the doctor for a check up today, so it was caught early. I hope no one else gets it. Tomorrow is parent visiting day at school...not really sure what to do with him so I can go see DD8 for a bit. I can't really have anyone come here to watch him & risk giving them strep. If DH isn't crabby after doing more attic electricity tonight, I'll see if I can get him to some home for an hour. ;)

In other news, the flooring I bought is going in easily. I've never nailed in tongue & groove flooring before. The nail gun thingy is great. However, it's killing my back & I am only 1/8 of the way done....
