Ugh, nothing like violently throwing up the meds you took for your migraine. My head feels a little better though. Took some more meds and going to go lay down.

Driving home from work and needing to stop at Bed Bath and Beyonce are 2 things that are torture when you've got a migraine. Hey, at least it's not one where I lose my vision. Driving home when that happens is even more fun!

Yeah. It's one where smells are really affecting me badly. All the scented crap in Bed Bath and Beyonce and then the smell of cooked eggs when I walked into the house just sent me over the edge.

Sometimes they make me sick, they are always really painful, I have had a couple where my vision goes weird or is gone completely for a little while.

Just one of the lovely things I inherited from my dad.

I just came here to check to see if missy has checked in and get some sympathy. :pout:

DH took the kids upstairs so I am going to lay on the couch and hope the pain doesn't come back. Throwing up made me feel better but it's not completely gone yet.

I had a great day with my baby. wish it wouldnt end. cheated on my diet and had pizza. we had to drive 30 minutes to get it, but yeah it was worth it. went bowling and I kicked butt 2 out of 5 games and yeah he is a much better bowler than I am. went for a drive :-) then came home.

if all days were like today life would be perfect.
 
Anyone else LOLing at Bed Bath and Beyonce.... :) It's quite the store.

The loud music and women dancing in the aisles didn't help Chris' headache either.
 
Chris- hope you feel better this morning. Been years since I had a migraine like that (knock on wood)

If you don't you need to call in to work- your body needs the rest.

Well, I thought I was functional so I took some advil and came to work. Yeah, I am not as functional as I thought and the 2 ladies in the office basically bathe in perfume. Headache is ramping up and the nausea is here again. The advil is keeping it tolerable. My office door is shut, hoping to accomplish my tasks and leave.

My boss told me I look like ****. Ain't he a peach? actually, I probably do. I don't think my clothes match and my hair is a disaster. I am sure I look worse than my usual crappy looking self (I am so far from put together on a good day)

I am out of good meds, going to see if my new doc would be willing to call something in for me. She might not since I have only been in once and need to make my follow up (had to cancel my follow up due to my company changing FSA companies and my card not working in December and we just didn't have the cash for my copay then. Forgot to reschedule in Jan)

I ate breakfast because barfing up something is preferable to barfing up nothing but stomach acid. Hoping that doesn't happen at work. Guess the drive home will be fun again.

Sorry for the whining, I just feel like whining about it. I should have called in but I am so busy at work I don't want to get further in the hole. I have so much to do at home. Laying on the couch last night I was thinking about how I need to debone the chicken thighs in the fridge.
