so what are you thinking right now?

I feel like ****...DD came home from the grandparents yesterday sick again...coughing, sinus congestion, blah, blah. Now I am having symptoms head pounding stuffed up again..NO one can afford to be sick. My stomach is still bugging me. More like a sharp pain than an upset type of thing. Just want to be WELL! DD's party at chuck e' cheese is this weekend and I need to be well for it. blah.
 
I am wondering how I get all these double songs on my MP3 player.............I had 4 'red solo cups' on there 2 glee and 2 toby keith...........and I had 4 'dancing queens' how did I get 4 dancing queens by the same person? I had at least a double of everything
 
I'm thinking that staying up until the end of the Grammy's last night and then getting up at 6:30am this morning wasn't the best idea. Oh how I'd love a nap! :surrender:

If you have a therapist mention PTSD to them (if not, I know it is difficult but please reach out). Suffered from it myself back in the day, it is very common in these situations. Human beings can only process so much change and abuse at once before the mind & body start using not-so-healthy coping mechanisms. Much easier to deal with when you know what you're dealing with ;)
 
Made my last payment to the massage school I went to. Now I need to study for a couple of weeks and sign up for the test so I can hopefully get a nights and weekends job with an old classmate if it's still available.
 
missyid, I think about you all the time (not in a stalkerish or weird way ;-) )you"re such a brave woman. I hope things get better for you soon.


on another note, the hospital referred my family to a sliding scale fee clinic in town for our follow ups, we went today. What a bunch of jerks! Not a nice person among them. The doctors were jerks, told us we must be doing something wrong if we are not well yet. She scolded us and said obviously we didn't read the directions or couldn't be bothered to take the medicine. Made us feel horrible for being unemployed. From beginning to end it was terrible. The doctor made a reference to us not being able to afford the right antibiotic, she said we would have to settle for a cheaper antibiotic. We applied for the medical card but until we hear back we are supposed to deal with these people...our PCP doesn't take Medicaid and our kids pediatrician doesn't either, gotta find someone who will.
 
That I'm thrilled Washington state has joined MA, Connecticut, Iowa, New Hampshire, New York, Vermont & the District of Columbia in legalizing civil marriage for EVERYONE.

I see it as the same as the fight to end segregation. There were some states, some religions, & some folks who fought desegregation every single step of the way. They were wrong then and those fighting against the right of all consenting adults to legally marry now are just as wrong. They have no right to force their religious, twisted, or hateful convictions upon every citizen in this country.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.
