I am! I've been on one to get caught up on all his missing school work and keep him from friggin' eating all friggin' day! Meanwhile trying to keep crazy ****, non medicated (today) ADHD boy from harrassing the dog, his brother and ME!:surrender:

I understand why you dont like giving the meds while hes home but mabye you should give it to him tomorrow, to help catch up on his work.......when DSS was on the academic bowl team after school his doctor gave him another adhd med in a very small dose just to help him get threw the meet

so sorry, mabye you can bribe him, Im bribing Shorty in some of the following ways

if he gets up at 7am and gets dressed for his bus at 7:40 every day I will take his butt out to McDonalds on Friday....he must be ready early on Friday

if he does his word puzzles (to help with his spelling) he gets a frickin dollar for a sugar free slushy at lunch

im still working on other bribes if you come up with any lemmie know

Those aren't bribes - they are incentives.
 
I have a love-hate relationship with my sewing machine. I never took home ec classes, and my mom never let me touch her machine. So I learned to sew in my mid-20s by reading library books and trial-and-error. I'm not very good at sewing, but I want to get better. I can't get better without practice, but sometimes using it realllly frustrates me so I avoid trying. It's a catch-22.

DH wants some pants hemmed (notice I did not use the word need) and I'm procrastinating that.
 
I suck at hemmed pants coming out even! Don't know what that's about since I can hem other stuff and made my window treatments.
