Finished my CVS run earlier than I thougth this morning so I went & filled up the car before work. I don't have a gas can & a full tank usually lasts me about two weeks so hopefully this should be enough. I have some extra cash on hand & will work around the house tomorrow getting anything loose in the house. Totally reminds me of Hurricane Irene in August 2011.
Well dh just made the decision that we are going. He's going to change our coming home flight to fly out earlier. God help me if we get stuck at the inlaws for extra time!!!!

Worst part of Irene here was the loss of power, no heat, and the dang cell phone 'lines' went down. I had to drive 4 miles just to get cell reception. :gah:

Sore as hell! Hurts to walk. I'm about to take a shower........hoping that will help. Today is our anniversary and I won't be able to get on my knees.......oh well. :lol:

I picked up a bucket of chicken salad when I was at Costco yesterday. Figured it would make for some easy meals during the tile project (still haven't heard from my tile guy btw). This stuff is delicious! It's Cape Cod style (cranberries & pecans). It's sweet but not too sweet and nice & crunchy. :drool:
Sounds good, but I bet it has celery in it. I hate celery and can never find a place that makes chicken salad without it. I've had it with nuts and cut up grapes...........that was good.
I don't think it has celery in it - I can double check the list of ingredients but I'm not a celery fan either (unless it's sauteed with onions in stuffing) & I didn't notice it.

My grocery store has a Sonoma chicken salad in the deli. I think it has grapes, pecans, chicken & a poppyseed dressing. Definitely no celery.
