I never updated last night -- the chick in my class who had contractions last week was still pregnant last night. But 2 other women had dropped out and had their babies :cartwheel:

We got a 2 hour lecture on car seat safety. I had no idea there was so much to learn about that. :dunce: 95 out of 100 car seats are improperly installed or the kid is buckled in wrong.
 
I NEED a Christmas tree. I NEED a beautiful tree! AND I want it for CHEAP! Someone find it for me!!!

We threw out our Christmas tree last year as it was old, lights did not all work.... I had every intention of getting one after Christmas (after season) for a good price...... 10 months later and I realized that I have NO CHRISTMAS TREE!!!!!!!!!! Guess I forgot.

I have not had a "nice" one since DD9 was born because of pets (cats climbing, foster dog eating ornaments.....) I want a beautiful tree. DH said skip it, we do not need one. I would agree IF we did not have DD, but she deserves a Christmas tree.

Soooo....still here...boss still here....wife left about 10 minutes ago....nothing's been said since. Interesting. Not sure what's up with aforementioned plan :dunce:

We normally leave at 3:30 on Fridays. Either way why are we still here? :dunce:
 
So...I only knew she left when she called and said she forgot her sweater and to please ask him to bring it home. Then he just now came in and said he had an errand to do before he met me over there and he'd see me over there about 4. Ummm...OK? Weird...
 
Delayed at the airport for 2 1/2 hours and the kids are beig great.... Its dh who's being an ****!!! I told him that maybe this is a sign that we just shouldn't go!! :) And we're still sitting here

You could get a real tree this year and then pick up an artificial one on clearance in January. If you want an artificial one before Christmas, try Costco.

Or try craigslist. I *cough* overbought stuff at Target one year when Christmas went 75% off. I waited until the following November, then unloaded a bunch of it on craigslist. I can't be the only compulsive shopper with buyer's remorse.

Thanks everyone. We had a beautiful wedding day!!! The reception was at a nice place on a lake with great views. :cartwheel:
