I would also say mental problems, but why is it that when some people do it they have to advertise it by either telling everyone they are going to do it or by doing it in a public place.

Irish is right it's not the only reason.

I don't think I've ever come across someone wanting to end their life due to mental problems, that isn't to say that it doesn't happen often.

Other reasons are the person jsut generally want to be here, and I'm not going to judge or call them a wimp because of that. This lfie is harsh and I understand if some want to back out of it, even if it hruts others around them, sometimes it's so dark that they just can't see the light at the end of the tunnel because it's too far away.

It is not normal for someone to kill themselves. So I can still see it as sometimes being classified as something mental. Of course it can be otherwise.
