I was getting really worried. Mum was spouting off about appendicitis and how I'd have to have surgery to get it removed and I was just "But..... I don't think it's that."

Was kind of worried though.

Thanks, [MENTION=2]Lauren[/MENTION]. I've been having these pains for a while now, and I've been really ill this past year alone, so I think something may really be up. But I'll just wait until Monday to make an appointment with my GP.

Day out in Glasgow with my friend and her family today. :) Excited.
 
Stomach pains came back really bad there.
Turns out I have something called Acid Reflux. It's where my stomach acids are pushing upwards into my esophagus. I've never had it before, but it SUCKS.
 
My dad has acid reflux and he can't sleep on his back due to it. His throat burns :(

Acid Reflux is only temporary, right?
Or at least, it can be?

I hope I only have a mild case. It does say it can lead into something bad if untreated - gotta get to the doctor, quick!
 
My dad only developed it a few years ago :) it was untreated so now he'll always have it :(

I made my mum the best birthday cake ever and she never got to see it :/
Times like these i wish i actually used the camera on my phone at least omfg

Or more accurately you can't take a photo of your cake and eat it!

Her needs to go see his doctor and get it checked out. It can indicate many things so it is best to have it looked at.

They can put a camera down and have a look or take a small sample to check it. This is a simple procedure.
 
My dad is awful at getting to the doctors e_e like he won't go.
 
I also dislike going to the doctors. I have to because I'm sick as hell, but I still hate it nonetheless.
