I'm awake at 6:55am because Kirk's living room is being painted!
I sleep in the living room
Why?
I'm awake and have been for the past 3 hours 'cause my leg is ****ing **** and wakes me up in god knows how much pain every couple of hours whenever I sleep. ****ing sick of it.
And the internet's gone to **** so I cant play WoW :c

The first few visits that I was at Bridie's, we would go in the living room, put Sherlock on and sleep on the sofa so that we had the excuse that we were watching the film and fell asleep.
Always weird waking up absolutely knackered at like 6AM to the Sherlock theme tune thing though.
We must have fallen off of that sofa so many times...

Just got the **** scared out of me! That new laptop couldn't have come at a better time. I was on my old laptop getting some music off of it when it popped really loud and shut down. Sounded like it blew up! Couldn't get it to start up because it kept popping and turning off and I finally got it on long enough to run a diagnostic on it. Said it was possibly a new driver that was installed. I haven't installed any new drivers on it. Restarted it and it worked fine after the diagnostic for about 10 minutes. Then, I got the blue screen of death. Can't fix it apparently without wiping everything. Not happening. Got too much on it.

Not much, Danielle! I've been doing some shopping, both for myself and for my family.
I start college on the 15th
And you're right, it has been quiet here. Hopefully though, this is merely temporary.
I think when people saw Kirk and Lauren taking a break from the site, they assumed nothing would be around this week. So activity may be slow. But hey, as long as people stay and post, then I'm sure it'll pick up soon.

Oh man, I know the feels. You have my sympathies for both your leg, and your borked internet.
Both have plagued me. I get pains in my leg, sometimes from cramps. But lately it's been because of skin issues on my leg, that really burn with pain at night.
Not quite as bad as my internet cutting out though. The internet is the only means of communication I have with the girl I like. Who I sometimes don't see for a few weeks at a time.
So you can imagine my horror when my internet cuts out when she's on.
Heheheh, I can't imagine why.

Exams for the end of my uni access summer school. Biology, Computing, and Chemistry. Hopefully I get the marks I need

We've got a friendly community, we're active, we have over 20,000 posts and 279 active members in just under 4 months, and we're getting bigger and better everyday.
I think that's a pretty great job, if you ask me.

The quality of a website is measured by the staff and the members. Confab-it has some of the very cream of members.
You have built a site where there is a great feeling of pride and happiness.
It is growing steadily with more very good people, you can ask for nothing more.
Both Lauren and you are genuinely nice people who the members can feel comfortable talking to, and this is a real achievement.
All in all you are doing an excellent job.
