The Confabulation Thread - Part 2

Good morning AT peeps! Well it's almost 4p here but I'm only on my second cup of coffee.

Not much on the agenda today. Going to go for a walk shortly. Then off to DD for coffee!

I think office hijinks are in order -- Bust chops in your last couple of weeks. :D

Went out last night and hung out with some friends I haven't seen in about a month. That was a good time. I rolled on down to Turkey Hill to get something to eat and wound up with 2 egg sandwiches and coffee.

Then a very good friend who hasn't had phone service in a good 2 months called me out of the blue so I sat in the parking lot and BS'ed for a good hour. That was a nice surprise.

Now I have a cold though b/c it was in the 40s last night and I was standing outside it a tshirt.

Whew, it's 7 PM, work week is over, week end is there, finally!! :)

@Brandon: Look, I just finished my first painting with the pen tablet. Doesn't look like much, but I worked on and off on it for days (or better: nights). I used Krita (awesome!!), Wings 3D (for modeling the building), The GIMP (for various stuff) and KolourPaint (for the building's texture in Wings 3D). Using a 3D modeler for making 3D scenes in 2D paintings is so much easier than trying to get the perspective right manually. ;) (oh and in Krita, the painting has 11 layers or so :D )

It looks like a watercolor painting, right? ;) (in Krita, I actually used ink and oily smears)

Happy Saturday Peeps!

I have nothing planning and it's going to stay that way. I'm just bumming around today. :)
