Five days of yipping for 12+ hours, chained up outside. Time to summon the coyotes.

Have you seen anyone bringing food out to it? Maybe something happened to the owner. I would call animal control so they can check it out.

my neighbors have a little schnauzer... it barks its **** head off the entire time it's outside. Squirrel runs through my yard, schnauzer barks for 5 minutes. A bird lands on my side of the fence, another 5 minutes of barking. car drives past? bark bark bark. an actual person walks by? That's like a 30 minute barkathon. That dog barks so much I hardly even hear it anymore :surrender:
