Using hurtfull words as adjectives

Didn't read all the responses, but slang words change meaning.

If I say something is retarded, it means something wrong with it. It doesn't mean I hate kids with developmental disabilities. I wouldn't call someone with a mental handicap as a retard.

But I guess we have to start calling oriental rugs asian rugs. Oriental veggies should also be called asian blend.

Maybe I should demand people stop using the word stupid. I was called that many times and I found it offensive (not really, just sayin).

Gay has also evolved. If I call someone gay, it isn't derrogatory as it once was. It's like calling someone straight. ****got is offensive to some gay people, not the ones I talk to. Hell I call them Queens, Princesses etc. They embrace it and find it funny as hell.
I guess we should stop calling people Princesses too?

That is the scariest thing I've read. Was she promoted or demoted? Or was her **** on the list to be laid off and the union stepped in to bounce a qualified Special Ed teacher out who had less seniority?

I'm offended when people call me straight. How dare they put an adjective on me. I didn't ask for that word to be used to describe me. Do you know how many straight people give straight people a bad name? Not my fault I was born straight. GAH!

It's not that I gained weight, I'm too **** short at 5'3". I was happy I was taller than some cousins who reached 4'11" and 5'1", but wanted to be at least 5' 8".

Do you know how hard it is to reach the top shelf at the store, let alone the back of the top shelf?

That's not the point-it gives them something to **** about!!!!!!

Many terms are totally acceptable if you are in the clique-just as it is acceptable to call one of your girls a **** i.e.-what up ****?!-perfectly acceptable, if you are in the clique.....but if you are not is when the issue comes into play!

And I think the OP has some bigger issues if someone tells you that u r goin to hell but u don't believe in God then what DO YOU CARE????? They are words, we ALL have our own opinions, and what is exceptable to us is not to someone else. And if you think Christians are the ONLY ones who have a problem with **** then you need to do some more research because you are very WRONG. OT in the OT... I absolutely HATE my schedule - do you people know how hard it is to try and catch up on two full days of OT drama on a Sunday afternoon? But just the thought of boobies makes it all better :lol:

@Barb - that admin turned special ed teacher story is really disturbing. Hopefully by now she has experienced the joys that come along with the challenges of working with special needs kids and they've schooled her.

He's only 11, many a growth spurt ahead for him. :)

My bro, who also got the model's body & gorgeous legs, is 5' 11½". His wife is around 5' 8", the nieces are 5'10" and 5'8" [she may still be growing, the ped said yrs ago she'd reach 5'11" based on growth plates].
