You will often hear that you need to eat right food top remain fit and healthy. But what exactly is the right food? Well, based on my understanding the right food is the right proportion of necessary nutrients. The right proportion is 20 percent fats, 30 percent proteins and 50 percent carbs. However, you need to change this proportion according to your body type.
 
I think the best answer here is to eat a balanced diet. Tour meals should also be higher on fibre starchy carbohydrates etc. it is good to eat lots of fruit and veg. .
Eat more fish, including a portion of oily fish. Cut down on saturated fat and sugar and Eat less salt if you are hypertensive
 
The right food for health is the one that contains all the balanced diet, or the nutrients the body needs at that point in time. It does not have to be a specific food.
 
I think eating balanced diet and enough veggies is good for our health. Drinking water instead of juices and a whole of sugar filled beverages. Remember water is food and is very essential in stabilizing the system.
