I don't believe that horoscopes should dictate how you live your life or what you can expect to happen but they are fun to read sometimes. What is your zodiac sign? Mine is the Libra. According to sources Libras are known to be diplomatic, idealistic, and hospitable; yet they are also known to be indecisive, messy, and extravagant. ...which could be true but hey, it's true for others as well. lol

I don't think that they are too accurate but I like reading them in the newspaper every day to just see what it says. My birthday is on the 23rd of December so my sign is Capricorn.

As far as I know they are star constellations. But I don't know where the names themselves come from.

That's correct they are based on the constellations. Some Greek Mythology are referred to the stars but I am not sure if they are strictly associated with each other.
