    I saw this Friday night and thought it was really good. I am very suprised it's tanking so hard at the box office.

    V For Vendetta

    The subject matter and dialogue is there for a great movie. But it will be interesting what has been cut and changed and how that will effect the final movie product. As great a comic writer as Alan Moore is they have yet to make a decent movie out of one of his stories.

    Cool episode, Flash is my favorite on the show other than the Bat so it was nice to see him get some spotlight again.

    Owens and his "superagent" have really backed themselves into a corner now. He's only going to look bad in the press and to the fans from here on out. And it looks like the Eagles aren't going to give him a penny more than he is already signed for.

    Legendary comic artist Jim Aparo passes away.

    I loved B&B when I was a kid, it was by far my favorite book. Aparo was definitely a icon level artist for his era.

    Yeah he won again. Good for him and whatever, can the sports media go back to ignoring cycling again now?

    NHL's new look: no tie games with shootout

    I like the shoot-out for the same reason I like the shoot-out style overtimes to college football games, it's exciting. Screw the fairness of it, both teams had their chances in regulation. I say make the ot periods quick and high drama, and both of those styles have that.

    That might actually be interesting to watch, certainly couldn't be worse than a lot of the reality crap on already.

    Kenny Rogers suspended for 20 games.

    I think it's very funny listening to ESPN radio today and listening to fans call in to defend him and rant against the media on his behalf. I am sure he was annoyed at there being cameras at the courthouse, but how stupid does he have to be to get into it with another camera guy?

    Superlame Returns!

    Eh, I'll reserve my judgement till it comes out. Singer made the X-Men work when a lot of people thought he couldn't he might do the same here.
