The Knicks would be better with EITHER Melo or Amare. I would take Melo, because Amare is starting to look like a corpse out there and takes more shots outside of the paint than inside. He doesn't show any hustle at all and is a pretty useless as a PF for the team.

What? Amare has been a notoriously bad defender in his entire career. Blocks? He averages slightly over a block a game for his career. Blocks do not equate to good defense. Otherwise that would make Javale McGee a smart defensive player. Good defense does not show up in the box score.

I wouldn't put Lin up there. He can get pretty careless with the ball, but I think it's just the result of constant attacking, passing in the air, etc. How has no one mentioned CP3 yet?
