Who is the worse free throw shooter of all time?

I don't actually quite remember but, Eric Montross had a season shooting something like 20-something percent from the line. If it wasn't Montross, it was some other big unskilled 7-foot goon that teams used to trot out back in the day to give six hard fouls for. If you're willing to dig for it...

    Is Kobe the modern "Jordan"

It wasn't just the desire though. Quite honestly, even in the athleticism department Kobe was never that comparable to Jordan. Kobe was never even that athletic in his prime. I mean, he was a pretty good athlete but, he was never super fast nor could jump super high. Jordan was legitimately...

Larry Brown to meet with SMU

THE Larry Brown? I don't get it. Nothing against college ball of course, but why did he never go back to coaching NBA ball? Feeling too old for it or something? He's better than half the coaches in the NBA right now.

    New Orleans gets All-Star Game

They actually get to host the All-Star game? I guess it's a good business move trying to get people to come back to the arena and support that team, which they badly need, I'm sure, but honestly I think there are teams more deserving of the honor to host the game. The New Orleans Hornets haven't...

    Spurs wins 10th straight

Don't forget that those guys added Stephen Jackson, Diaw and Mills to the list and got rid of the lethargic Richard Jefferson. Jackson is playing as though he never left in 2003, Diaw understands the game very well and a seamless fit and Mills looks like another steal. This is a team that...

    Hou will upset SA

The thing about that Rockets team is that there are no egos on that team. They have each other's backs. Seeing Goran go off on LA gave me deja vu. I'm fine with Tony Parker getting his, but I haven't seen him once stop Goran. Duncan's pick-and-roll defence is not what it used to be, and that's...

    Stephon Marbury

Yeah, definitely. Is he still running that brand with Steve and Barry's, I wonder? He's not as marketable as he used to. I actually bought his shoes years ago, but they didn't hold up for that long playing pick-up.

    Blake Griffin Monster Dunks

Dude, any time I watch a Blake Griffin dunk in slow motion, I'd be playing some epic music in my head. Like "O Fortuna" or something like that. I'm serious. It's like watching a massacre.

    Hou will upset SA

I hate to say it, but the Rockets are a fairly difficult match-up for the Spurs. They always play tough. If they keep the games close, I'd be very nervous. Goran Dragic always seems to light the Spurs up in the 4th quarters.

    Stephon Marbury

I've always kind of liked the guy actually for some reason I can't quite pinpoint. I doubt he'll ever come back to the NBA. He's treated like a rockstar in China. In comparison, he was treated as a villain when he was in the NBA. I don't think he has forgotten any of that.

Clippers Get Their 1st 6 Game Win Streak in 20 Years

I'm very glad for the Clippers though. I'm sure some of their fans feel rewarded for their loyalty. Also, if it were to happen, a play-off clash between both LA teams would be very interesting.

Is Dwight Howard burying himself in Orlando? Or does he need to get out?

Okay, I just say a youtube video of an interview of Stan Van Gundy saying that Dwight wanted him gone, and Dwight coming over and hugging him and pretending everything is all flowers and daisies. LOL. It's kind of comical at this point. It's all out, man. This whole thing really won't end well...

Who do you think is the most under-rated player in the NBA?

If we're talking currently, it's very hard to underrate Lamar Odom considering the way he's been playing all season. James Harden is always a good choice. Some of the most underrated players are not always the guys off the top of our heads, nor will they ever be that acknowledged... and it's...

Can we just skipp the playoffs and go straight to the Heat vs thunder finals?

If the mods don't mind, I will bump this thread should the Heat-Thunder finals not materialise. Every year, there are some teams that look like nobody can stop them and look good on paper and instead they get served. Also, most people don't realise how well the Spurs match up with the Thunder...

Andrew Bynum Needs to Grow Up?

Bynum's always had some signs that he was a malcontent though. It's not the first time. Thing is, I don't think Kobe can keep him in check at all. Besides, it looks to me that Kobe doesn't like Mike Brown either, so he's most likely encouraging Bynum to act the clown anyway so they can get the...

JaVale McGee Top 8 dumb Plays

He's going to be in another long line of players who end up being a waste of potential if he doesn't smarten up on the floor at some point. He's the kind of player that makes a lot of fans wish they were 7 foot tall and had a 30+ inch vertical like he does. Maybe now that he's playing for a...

    Derek Fisher not with Rockets

This guy is completely done. He's clutch, but that's all about what's going for him right now. I know he can't go back to LA, but another contending team may have use for him, especially down the stretch. I can sort of see him signing with Miami for the 4th quarter presence in the playoffs.

Who is your Least Valuable Player (LVP)?

When he was still a Spur before the trade, Richard Jefferson was pretty bad. If he wasn't hitting the 3 ball, he wasn't doing anything at all. Not a difference maker whatsoever. I would love to say Richard was one the the least valuable players in the league (at least he was in SA), but I'm sure...

This makes Mike D'antoni look real bad

D'Antoni is kind of overrated though. When he was coach for Phoenix, it just seemed like Nash was running the show anyways. I remember watching the Suns playoff series against the Spurs many seasons ago and there were times Nash was the one drawing up plays during timeouts.

    Lebron gets no love. lol

Typical LeBron fans, get over it. No one is obligated to root for a player they personally think is a ****, no matter how talented the player is. Are you really trying to go with the "who cares" angle? Just because you don't care that he acted the clown, doesn't mean many people won't.
