Asking for prayers for my family

Most definitely, I read every last word, MrsM :huggy: Your little princesses are blessed to have such a wonderful daddy (and mommy, of course)! Prayers that things improve post haste!

Prayers also for the 8yo you are helping .... God bless you both as you help her find some sunshine after the darkness she has known in her young life .
 
Ok, I am in the waiting room. 2 hours to go. I would truly appreciate a huge political, anti Shelf clearing, couponers are evil, and every religion is horrible thread to keep me busy for the next 2 hours...where's freyguy when you need him?

Well....I tried....was looking online for the video of the new Geico commercial....all about "extreme couponing" and "coupon binders" UGH...it's enough to make you want to throw something at the TV!

I'm sure we can round up some drama to help distract you though :lol:

So mad I can't see the picture...lol. I am sure it was something interesting.

He is out of surgery, breathing on his own in recovery. Just waiting for him to come upstairs. The sutures from the previous surgery were the cause if the infection...he has a few days of them watching and cleaning the area before they can close. It seems like he won't loose a lot of rang of motion, so hopefully he will be up and moving fully in a few weeks.

And the good news.....we have surely hit our oop maximum for this year and now we all get to go to every specialist we can find for a copay only! In my Oprah voice: "you go to the doctor, you go to the doctor, you go to the doctor". Wonder if I can talk DH into a free vasectomy :9:
 
So sorry. Stay strong he will be home before you know it.
 
So glad to hear things look good. Still sending all the good energy I can muster.
 
That is very good news. I would be more worried if it was infected more from the inside closer to the bone.

Sorry! I was just trying to make you laugh. Glad to hear he's out of surgery and that hopefully he can be up and around soon.
