Well what kind of money are we talking about here? He can set up a trust of a certain amount for his kids (that he already has) and the rest....everything else and every cent he makes after marrying you should go to his wife (you). Then the two of you decide what to give your kids together.

Still way over thinking this though cause we both know Jill will rob him blind and blow it all in Vegas out of spite.

I'm not sure I believe there's a "right" one......if you're a good person then there's prolly plenty of "ones" that will fit the bill. Terrible to say, but had I not met DH I would have married someone else and hopefully been just as happy. I think you can make the life you want with most anyone. ;)
