Fall Cleaning 2011:

morning!

make the beds

shower and dress

prep for dinner & pack lunch stuff

make coffee

clean the kitchen

empty trash cans & lysol

recy. old mail and mags

organize stockpile stuff so you can add more :)

organize coupons & shopping list for sept.

make a list of all baking supplies needed for the fall/winter season

wash towels

empty dishwasher

time to change vent filters?

sweep and mop kitchen floors

shake those front door mats and sweep around them

hang rugs outside in the fresh air

do a quick wipe down - pictures, mirrors, sinks, etc.

pull out a fall tablecloth for the table

stock up on tealight unscented candles to burn during dinner (you can even put them in a wine glass, jar, or anything you have on hand)

gather your family around the table and turn off the tv for dinner

wipe down sink and toilet in both bathrooms
wipe down shower
sweep and wash laundry room floor
wipe down washer and dryer
kids breakfast and showered
do dishes
wipe down stove
have kids make their beds, clean and dust room
have kids wipe down sides of stove and refrigerator/stand up freezer
have kids put all shoes away
have kids sweep porch
vacuum living room, rec room, and bedrooms
dust bedroom
wash around window (sill, sides, glass)
take down and wash master bedroom curtains/rehang
have kids wash around bedroom doors
wash both bathroom floors and one rug (cause I'm sure one of the kids peed on it today!)
Then it was 9:30 so time for some (home) school
I may have forgotten some things, but I am enjoying my daily cleaning list.

I always leave door open on washer when not in use. Wipe around seal daily with a wet cloth, wash inside and outside door. Weekly I take apart the drawer where you put in the detergant and clean with hot water inside and out, wipe down washer and dryer. Open pedestal drawers and wipe the rims there dust seems to build up. Clean house-happy house!!!
Today I deep clean all my carpets..

I've been flying under the radar.....till now, I've come down with the fall cleaning bug. Carpets to clean, walls to wash, kitchen cabinets to empty and wash and reline. Closets OMG!!!! I won't even start on that one.:girl:

Work on shopping list for Bi-Lo & Food Lion for sis
Windex Multi-Surface stove & dishwasher
Put away recent paper good stockpile items
Organize Dove & Caress into boot & shoe boxes because I'm out of bins
Make more coffee
Check back in with CW
Off to sweep & Swiffer while waiting for BFF to come get her Mott's for her GS's

Have y'all ever tried Zout for Stains? Wow! this stuff really works!

No, I haven't. Odd you ask this. A woman just asked me this last night at a grocery store and asked what I thought of the product. I will have to try it, with 2 boys stains are inevitable.
 
Zout is the bees knees for stains! :bee:

I once spilled red wine all over my new cream colored couch & carpet and it all came out with Zout! Love it!

Have y'all ever tried Zout for Stains? Wow! this stuff really works!

cleaned the showers and have dh replacing white grout in showers

washed clothes

trashed a bunch of junk

ironed clothes
