I try to maintain health and fitness by eating right and maintaining active lifestyle. I include a lot of vegetables in my diet, Vegetables have a lot of nutrients ad well as dietary fiber. vegetables are also low calorie food. I limit intake of simple carbs such as sugar, rice, bread, etc. I also walk as an exercise routine. I don't work out in a gym.
 
I do my best to maintain a healthy lifestyle by eating as healthy as I can and staying as active as I can as well. I tend to eat a lot of fruit and veg and walk as much as I can when I have to head out.
 
One of the ways I try to maintain a good health and as well as my fitness is by making sure I eat healthy and I also carry out exercise from time to time.
 
I make an effort to maintain a healthy lifestyle by incorporating fish and vegetables into my diet. Also, I ensure to consume at least 5 cups of green tea and 8 glasses of water daily. And, I make a conscious effort to minimize stress in my life.
