I try to maintain health and fitness by eating right and maintaining active lifestyle. I include a lot of vegetables in my diet, Vegetables have a lot of nutrients ad well as dietary fiber. vegetables are also low calorie food. I limit intake of simple carbs such as sugar, rice, bread, etc. I also walk as an exercise routine. I don't work out in a gym.

Honestly, i don't pay much attention to what i eat. I eat what is available. I don't stress myself trying to figure what i will eat to be balanced or good for my health. I believe that all those precautions is wasted of time and money.
