Wow I've moved from 1cm to 2cm after 6 hours. You'd think that with this being baby #6 it would move along a lot faster. Although I shouldn't be surprised because this is the same way my last two deliveries went. 8 hours of pitocin, felt fine for 7.5 hours and then things went quickly that last half hour.
