proud of my DS age 5.5.

Yesterday he got a treat bag at school b/c of a kids bday. He kept bugging me to let him have a treat and I told him he could when his sisters take a nap b/c it would be rude to eat it in front of them, unless he shared. kept having to repeat this.

Anyway, sisters are sleeping and I asked for his help on a project. Again he is asking for his treat and I say fine ( he had received 2 things, a bag of chips and Gushers). He eats the chips. We start gathering food supplies for a family who has a 3 yr old with a broken femur and is in a body cast. Basically hard to get around and peeps in my moms group were making dinners for them. Well with the great deli deal at jewel I decided to give them lunches. Anyway, I am having DS put stuff in the grocery bags for them and he asked why so I explained the situation. He went upstairs and brought down the Gushers and said, I want to give this to the boy that broke his leg.

I told him it was a nice thing that he did, but just reflected more on this last night and am really proud of the little guy and plan to tell him that later today.

yeah it was, and this is the kid who peed his bed that same morning after I had just washed all his bedding 10 hours earlier......the kid who NEVER pees the bed. Thought it was gonna be the start of a bad day, but turned out to be a good day.....a very good day.

Well I am finally back online today. First and foremost thank you all for the birthday wishes.

DH was served at 8:30pm last night so it is binding at this point. Will be honest with you all I had a rough night of second guessing. After lunch with a great friend today lets just say I feel a lot better. Talking it out again really helped.

And at least for the moment I am not worrying about what is being said in town. He can tell people what he likes and guess what I hope it makes him happy. I know the truth. I can prove the truth. Clearly by the fact of what the judge said yesterday on what I showed. So for the short term people can think what they want - the truth ALWAYS comes out. Please remind me of this comment in a few days as things go along

Doing errands today and I just noticed that only one of my headlights is working. I always call my dad with car problems, right away he said a dimmer switch. Go to get one and it's $280.:surrender: Why are parts so expensive? :ranting:

mrsmom... lets just say at first I was floored with the comments I was hearing. He is trying to hurt me as best he can. The more he talks the more I document and record per my lawyer. Sometimes it is best to just sit back and let someone do what they want and know in the long run it will hurt them more than you.

Definitely agree with this. My aunt went through stuff when she was getting divorced - pretty much him trying to hide assets, trying to avoid selling things that he was instructed to sell and split with her. She wrote down everything. After turning over some of the info to the judge, the judge got pissed at her soon to be ex-husband and said enough is enough, you're going to do this, this, and this by the next time we're in court or else.

I remember documenting everything also. It is so overwhelming emotionally. It has to be done, but man it drains ya.

My moods are up and down and i have a really hard time dealing with everyday stress. Sometimes i don't leave the house for days at a time. Anyway as you can see i have inferiority issues.
