O.M.G! Just got home from work. Stayed to volunteer at the "ISAT Let Loose Party" for the 3rd and 4th graders before the big state tests next week. It was fun for them, but I am beat. I want to sleep til noon tomorrow.
 
Having coffee and bailiey's but booze usually just makes my "funk" deeper and darker.

Might just go to bed.

As usual, once I get out there and realize how peaceful and serene it is, I'm no longer mad. I think the fact that we have a snowblower helped ease the pain. Took me 50 minutes to do our driveway & sidewalks and the elderly neighbors driveway & sidewalks.

Valerie, why the heck are you doing it? Why aren't one of your kids or DH?

I just got out of the tub a little bit ago. DS2 is being potty trained AND is getting his two year molars, so it's been a little bit of a trying week. He started off strong but today was a harder day for him. But I'm really proud of his progress! Anyways, after dinner I let DH entertain them while I took a super long warm bath.

I have "severe varicosities" per my OB/midwife. It's just in my right leg but they get very sore sometimes, and today was one of those days. Soaking it really helped to relax me and soothe my leg. Ahhhhhh... :)

Now I'm trying to find a movie to turn on, I'm gonna veg the rest of the night.
 
I'm completely disgusted by this Dateline NBC program about day care centers with owners/operaters with criminal pasts. SMH

WTF is wrong with people? If you don't have patience for children, DON'T FRIGGIN ASK PEOPLE TO BRING THEM TO YOUR HOUSE!!
 
How can 4 people be viewing off topic when only 3 members are logged in?


When are those howling coyotes either going to shut up or go back into the woods so I can go back to sleep? They are freaking me out, howling like 20 ft from my house. :surrender:
