so what are you thinking right now?

It's pouring! Definitely cooled down too - hopefully when I get home this evening the rain will lighten up a bit so I can open the windows. They're saying we could get about 2 inches of rain today.

It's headed this way, checking the radar to see how soon it'll hit. I've got to get in some errands & Shaws shopping.
 
It stopped a little while ago but I think we're supposed to get another round of showers a little later.

I love when the garden is watered without me. :giggles:

Where are you going? We need one nearby. I already put my son's off for the year; so he needs them now. Our dentist is in Joliet which is just too far for regular visits. TIA
 
one more day and I believe DD 2.5 yrs old will be potty trained!! :29:

that wll give me a 2 month hiatus until I start changing the new baby's diapers for the next 2-3 years.:nopompom:

I can't remember if you found out the gender already or if you're waiting until the birth ?

We use Dr. Lippincott and Dr. Zimmer. Prairieview Orthodontics on Rt 71 not far west of Plainfield Rd. They also have offices in Aurora (on Galena) and somewhere in Batavia. DD16 went thru treatment with them and we were very happy. No complaints at all. 630-554-9447

So...just got back from DDalmost11's appointment. And......no braces needed!!! I am so happy I wanted to hug Dr. Lippincott. He said unless something should happen down the road, she will not need them at all. If you do go see them, will you say I referred you?

I'm thinking I'm grateful for the thread preview when you hover over a thread title. Nope, not going in the "and one other thing" thread. :sheep1:
 
Thoroughly enjoying our 2 week break from softball. I've made dinner every day since Sunday, which isn't terribly impressive, but we'd been eating out/fast food 4x a week for way too long. Kids are a little alarmed. :giggles: I've even made desserts. DH is a happy camper! :)
 
I just found a banana in my purse... From LAST Friday. It is rotten and smashed all over everything. I totally forgot about it. Now I have to sit on the train for the next hour and hope that my bag is salvageable. So disgusting! Write this one down in my stupid book.
