Just watch the boxes and foods that you eat - the amount of calories are on the packaging, and just caculate it throughout the day. I don't keep a food journal

Ya, I drink the diet drinks and green tea. I ran out of tea packets, I need to buy more

I've never been able to drink tea, I get those little 10 cal packets that you mix with water, they're not to bad.

I think I've seen those around. I also drink energy drinks a lot, especially the ones with coffee. They really help me
 
Ya think it's time for a new pair of walking shoes? No wonder my feet and ankles hurt so much lately.

I can see why. I'd roll with some Nikes though. They never hurt my feet when I run or walk. I've had the same pair for about a year now. Since I'ma size 16.
 
I wore off the heel on the left shoe. Where I walk the shoulder of the road is pretty slanted so I'm always fighting to keep myself up right.

@cpvr New Balance is the only brand that sells my size off the rack in most styles. There's a couple of off brands in the big men's catalog that have my size too but they generally don't last as long as New Balanace.

These shoes are only about 3 months old. :eek:

You wore them out. Next time you go to the store ask them. "What's the best walking shoes and will last longer than 3 months old?" It sucks bro, I have to order my **** online, no stores out here carry my size.

I didn't hit the gym yesterday either. I hope I can get in two sessions today. (hopes)

Not bad, I just went for a quick run to help my metabolism this morning. It went well.
