How come no one mentioned Star Blazers? I'd draw pictures of the Argo all over everything when I was a young'un. Wildstar, Desslock, the Wave Motion Gun...I loved that show.
I miss it. Now I'm gonna have to spend most of the rest of my day looking for it on video.

My knob tastes funny.
I have to say that Space Ghost, and Cartoon Planet (may it rest in peace) are without a question, the best cartoons ever (said in the Simpson's Comic Books Guy voice...and by the way, something inside me just wont let me classify the Simpsons as a cartoon...otherwise, It'd be at the top of my list).
But I must say, "The Tick" is a close second... SPOOOOOON! (somehow, I have a hunch that Monsieur is with me on this one)
The ultimately BEST cartoon ever produced is... of course....

Looney Tunes was the first majorly awesome cartoon.... and grew so popular cause it was one of the first tv shows that had no "ethical" lesson to be learned from it.... they went from chasing each other with axes to chasing each other with cannons to getting married and throwing cake at each other.... *Elmer Fudd and Bugs Bunny to be exact, hehe*.... It is the ultimate cartoon....
Close 2nd - Dexter's Laboratory.... I never really knew much about this cartoon until one my friends started calling me Dexter because I look like him.... now I think its an awesome show and watch it all the time!!

Um, okay...that's your opinion. I don't think it's our fault if USA drawers suck compared to Japanese artists.

of course anime is the best thing in the world, but i'll try to refrain from talking about it in this post
no body's mentioned spiderman in this thread so far. the one that was out around 3 years ago. i loved that series sooo much. x-men was also pretty cool. the characters had complicated relationships, and it just kept getting more serious. yer all gonna have to realize that i love comic books
