so what are you thinking right now?

I am irritated at my sister-in-law. She posted our house listing on facebook. DH and I are not friendly with her ****... we never told her we were buying or selling since nothing's 100 percent yet. we aren't on FB and we're both uncomfortable with this. DH found out when his mom told him she saw our listing on SIL's FB page. WTF.

I worked 11a-7p again today (same shift yesterday). I was exhausted and couldn't wait to get home.
I got home and was kissing the kids and DH told me he took them to the children's museum for a few hours b/c of the rain.
I burst into tears b/c it sounded like fun and I would have loved to have done that instead today :pout:

Ohhhhhh i did that too one Saturday when dd was a baby and DH took her to Blackberry Farm while I was at work. i was pissed and sad that i missed out.
 
Had a great impromptu dinner with the neighbors! We were chatting outside..............they were discussing what to do for dinner. We've had dinner simmering all day. SO we said just come over!

They did and we had a great meal and visit! I love my new neighbors!!! :dance:

My aunt posts about everyone else's lives on FB too. She posted that we were closing on our house. It kinda creeps me out that lots of people that I don't know, know about my life. FB is crazy!
 
right? I'm weird enough about my privacy anyway. I mean I'm weird enough that I don't like it when peeps use my real name here on CW..... SIL posting on FB is a whole other level though... if we were friendly with her and told her, that's one thing, but we aren't/didn't.
 
So I am sitting with Jonny at Pat's grandma's wake today. Pat is up with his family greeting guests. Jonny is playing on Pat's iPod. Off to my left, I hear two old ladies talking.

OL1: Isnt that Patrick up there next to Deb(Pat's mom)??
OL2: I think so. Did you know he is a child molester?
OL1: Yeah, he shouldn't be here.

I whip my head around and smile and say HI! I am Patrick's wife! It is so nice that you noticed he is here, at his grandmother's wake. I appreciate it! Then went back to watching Jonny play Angry Birds.

Not another peep was said. People ****ing suck.
 
trimming the jungle that is my yard kicked my **** today...my arms are sore from chopping bushes....uggh! And then I went to Jewel and dom's to get some shopping in...I am beat...DH stayed home from work tonight since his back is hurting again...he is going to the chiropractor tomorrow...I hope it works for him and doesn't hurt him worse...although I love having him home we need him to go to work. Otherwise bills don't get paid!

I hear you can get some hot deals on homes there now, prices are drop, er, sinking faster than anyone could imagine. :giggle1:

Depends on the year. We only had two shovel events this past Fall/Winter. :dance:

You mean move in with you? hmmm that's a nice offer Joan, but I'm not sure my cats (especially Jody) will get along with your dogs (especially Sophie). Other than that it could be fun!
 
Steve are you in a single-family house? My BIL & SIL are looking and they live in your hood. They just had a baby & are in a walk-up now, they want more house & yard.

Well I was thinking maybe more in my town rather than in my house. :giggles: I can pretty much guarantee Sophie will bother the hell out of any cat that steps in the door. She's got a few scrapes on her nose today thanks to bothering the hell out of Molly & Daisy this weekend. Yet she isn't discouraged.
