What's new

so what are you thinking right now?

mrsmom, cliff notes... she bought a phone, gave rules of not taking it to school. Kid didn't listen and is now getting in trouble for it. Typical kid defying crap, not fun but living it.

thanks. :foryou: could you just follow her around and do that after every post?

disclaimer: my typing is far from perfect and my posts are often riddled with typos, run-on sentences and lack of capitalization.

My little town is abuzz with activity- dead body found in a car with what police are calling a "self-inflicted" slit throat. I'm not buying it. Who kills themself that way?

KG, I could but it is so fun to follow mrsmom and point out when she misspells. she freaks about it which makes me laugh!

Oh I know I TOTALLY misspell (cookie points that out to me almost daily), but she (got2crazykids) breaks ALL the rules.............makes reading her posts painful.

you're not on the same level, trust me.

and jumping to a completely different topic:
I had lunch with my mom today. We went to see some of the houses DH and I are looking at, and she was really nice, very positive about the whole thing and had good suggestions. She has a great eye for style and design and I value her opinion on stuff like that. She even offered to help get our house ready to put on the market and store stuff while we're in transition if we need it. Her complaining about my aunt was kept to maybe 5 or 10 minutes. It was a very nice time.

It was almost like the whole 4.5 months we weren't speaking never happened... I don't totally understand it but I also don't want to ask questions and bring the past into the present. She was and still is really stressed out about her mom (I am too). So I'm just going to accept it and move forward. She can be really crazy and hard to handle sometimes, but I would really miss her if she was gone.

KG I'm so glad you and your mom could find some topics to get along well with. :flowers:
