I didn't. But your post implied that we all were fine with Maher calling Palin a "C" but this we're outraged about. I think they are both equally offensive, disgusting, vile and repugnant. I just get so tired of the rhetoric which runs...yeah "we" (either side) did this bad thing but you did it first, worse, more often, whatever. The "score keeping" of bad behavior which some thinks justifies their own bad behavior. kwim? And that's what always gets tacked on to the end of. "Well so and so did this and no one cared about THAT" etc.

Short of time, but here goes. Rush shouldn't have said what he did, but no I'm not outraged. Libs are just mad the shoe is on the other foot for a change. I still love Rush. He is a truth teller and libs hate that. Oh, and Nancy Pelosi will never and has never needed birth control because nobody in their right mind would :sex:her and I don't think condoms hold up well in cold temperatures.

I guess I feel the media is a little like ennui....constantly bashing the right/conservatives and barely saying a peep about the left/liberals. Just sick of it.

Maybe she was watching/reading ABC, NBC, CBS, CNN, CNBC, NY Times.
You know, all the major networks and the so-called news channel.

I do actually watch those with a bit of fox news (during the day not so much the evening shows). This is how I know there is a bias.

I would never disagree that the media will take whichever slant they feel will get them the most ratings. :flowers:

What is the control--Fox News or all other media? If Fox News is your control, perhaps you have the bias reversed......

Was that sarcasm? Boy, I hope so because if you think it's all about ratings then they gocha fooled. This whole Rush outrage is about the impending election. It's a great distraction from the destruction that Obama has caused to our great USA and continues to do so.

The media so frequently gives up ratings by ignoring newsworthy items because it exposes yet another democratic lie or scandal. They only report "certain" stories when they get called out for it weeks afterward and most times never. So many journalists don't even know how to report a story without adding there personal opinion or spin on it...it's sad.
