It's a game where you have a magical notepad, and anything you write is created in the game. You use it to help people in their scenarios throughout each level.
Unmasked is the new release of the Scribblenauts game which involves the DC characters, such as Batman. I recently finished Scribblenauts Unlimited. ;D

There's quite a few trailers on YouTube that'd give you a better idea.
