so what are you thinking right now?

My DH has been off work since Thursday and hope to be back at work on Wed.

No paid time off to use- thank goodness for my stockpile. I really need a meat deal asap. Some pork chops and beef (not ground) please.

Missy, he's spiraling because he isn't getting what he wants, which is you being complacent & allowing him to do whatever the hell he pleases. He's just "trying everything" to get things back into HIS control. Calling you a million times isn't working. Telling you what you've been wanting to hear isn't working. Going to your church isn't working. Calling "his" friends...well soon enough he will realize that isn't working either. Apparently HE is the only one who thinks things should be differently- most people can get their friends to go along with what they are doing, know what I mean?

I think he really could be very dangerous. Please try not to falter while you're on this difficult path, you're doing the right thing for you & your son. Stay strong!

IL is a 50/50 state. Let him retain counsel. He's going to anyway, who cares when he does it. You've been married for 14 years, you're going to end up with at least half. It seems like he has a fit whenever something doesn't go the way he thinks it should go. Well, too bad, so sad for him. You can't pull the **** he's pulled for the last several months & think everything is going to be the same or that you'll come out on top or unscathed. He needs a reality check. His future lawyer will probably blow smoke up his ****, but one things for sure, IL law is pretty clear & even a lawyer will tell him so.

:shesaid: Especially the not faltering part! He is in NO control of himself, if he gets a smidge of a hint you may falter, it could get much worse. It's not meant to scare you, its more a heads up. I know you're already scared, I am sorry you're going through this hell. It will get better, but it will take time.

Just want to say:

Order of Protection is a very solid legal document. But you have to use it for it to keep its teeth. Every time it's violated, call 911. If you try to pick & choose, the judge will look like you don't really "mean" it or that you don't really "need" it.

I have been in the hospital since 3:15 yesterday because of these darn contractions. At one point they were 2-3 mina apart. So far they have given me three shots and one round of oral meds to stop the labor. I am just 34 weeks today. What aont night. I cannot sleep at all.

Pat was up all night doing what Jonny was doing Sunday night. I will spare details :P

Now I have a sore throat, so I am sure I am next in line for the sick party. :(

I would also like to thank my secret friend for ANOTHER surprise :) Another stupid grin on my face this morning, even after a couple days of playing SuperMom/Wife. Thank you SO MUCH! ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥

Really hoping DH gets the offer that we want on this job today so we can both stop stressing out. HR e-mailed him twice yesterday and said that both of the people that he interviewed with gave him excellent reviews. Just give us the offer already at the amount we would like!

Wow Brooke, please be sure to keep us updated, and get your rest! I'm sure you'll be sent home on bedrest :huggy: Please be sure to take it easy! Praying for you and the babe!

DD was supposed to have school today but she's sick with a bad cold so I'm keeping her home. Poor gal. I tried to shove her full of vitamins yesterday b/c I could tell it was coming on. Guess that didn't help so much.

Another cast! My ds broke his thumb....again.... And get this, playing tag at recess! Wth! Always something with 4 kids! So much for basketball, and lacrosse the next 6 weeks!

FINALLY submitted my application to take my Esthetician Licensure Test!!

:cartwheel:

It's in April, and I'm a little nervous, it's been awhile since I graduated but really haven't been able to test any sooner.

Brooke I'm sorry to hear this and will pray for you! If it makes you feel any better my DD was born at 37 wks. and was fine...it depends on the lungs and the weight of the baby. Try to rest!

:shesaid: Lex was born at 37 weeks. They were able to test that his lungs were developed and he was evicted. A little small and jaundiced, but overall just fine.

Praying for you.

My DH was 6 weeks preemie! His mom was a smoker, and is a petite woman, so I don't know if that's for sure why but could defintely be a reason.

The only thing wrong with him is that he had a double hernia but that was easily remedied at 6 weeks old.

Really wondering how Brooke is doing right now!

Hang in there. I was in the hospital for contractions at 30 weeks pregnant with the twins. I actually got to the point where they airlifted me to a hospital with a better NICU. I ended up getting released on bedrest a few days later and the girls were born at 38 weeks.

I wish I could find my darn keys................

I FOUND THEM...........

I cleaned off the desk, the kitchen table, the hall way 'drop zone' and then found them in the bedroom on my vanity, they were just sitting there
