What's For Dinner?

I am no longer sick so no more of dh passing out pizza, cake, and chocolate. I made spaghetti squash and zucchini lasagna (easy & delicious) and collard greens with onionns and raisins as a side (also yummy). We got a lot of bananas given to us that need to be eaten (or frozen) right away so I am making oatmeal banana (with a sprinkling of choc chips) ****ins and banana bread right now. The house smells good.
 
Clean out the fridge night...burger for DH, pork chop sandwich for me, mac & cheese, strawberries for DGS

Got a sickie and he wants chicken noodle soup and grilled cheese....so I jumped at the chance to not cook!
 
No idea. Was going to do Parmesan chicken, but forgot to buy mozzarella. Dh is at work and I'm not dragging the kids to the store. So I figured I'd come here and browse for ideas.

Take bscb and coat them with mayo then sprinkle with parm. cheese then bake. :)

I'm doing bscb with a Kraft Fresh Takes..............my peeps love it.

Sounds like you might end up with grilled cheese, which is always a good option, We are having homemade soup and biscuits.

Made chicken in the crock pot. It was pacet of onion soup, ketchup and brown sugar. Sounds gross but it is actually not too bad. The crock works wonders on random ingredients. Also having baked yukon gold potatoes with itailian seasoning.

Today is ds's 13th birthday so we made pepperoni pizzas. I also made acorn squash stuffed with mushrooms, onions, and garlic. This is the first time I've made acorn squash and it is good. I have it all seasoned with salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, and sage. A bit spicy, but I have been told that spicy is good for my underactive thryoid (hypothyroidism).

That sounds good, but not enough mayo in the fridge. I've done something similar with ranch dressing and crushed cornflakes. Ds loves the bacon/cheddar Fresh Takes.

I ended up making Spaghetti. Had leftover salad in the fridge from the other night to go with it.
