It must be in the air - my kids were crazy today - and it was 53 here so they were able to play outside for a while.....we go inside after being out for an hour and ds looks at me and says, "I'm bored"

Do what I do. If I don't have results in a few hours, I go to medical records late at night and request a copy of the records for the specialist I am going to see tomorrow. For my DD's last MRI after quite a few failed spinal tap attempts, my pedi (who is wicked awesome yet people fear her) did not have the results yet. I walked into RIH at 9ish PM and said it was necessary for me to have them. The next morning I showed the films to my pedi and **** she was pissed.
I am thinking that it is very hard to chew and apple slice when my facial masque is almost hardened LOL

Feel like it's going to be a long day....sigh
No kidding. DH got up at 3:15. DS2 got up at 4:00. DS4 got up at 4:30. DH left for work and both boys are snoring. And I am STILL up.
I have a 8:30 spin class and a 9:30 sculpt class today. I am going to be dragging.
And at 1pm I am hosting a play date of 4 year olds. Yikes................................

Is it so wrong to bribe dd with a car? DD (14 yrs old) is in 8th grade and very smart. She is in gifted and got straight A's 1st semester this year. She is learning hs level material. She got into the high school academy for math, science and technology in our school district. After the open house we found out it is mostly engineering based and she is not interested in that (she talks about possibly being a surgeon - but that's a long ways away). It is also a lot more work but should pay off with more scholarships and better colleges. Now she doesn't want to go. Did I mention that she is lazy? She skates through and does very well so she doesn't want to have to work. Would it be wrong to bribe her with a car if she goes (and does well and tries hard)? She will be old enough to get her permit in September?

sun, glorious sun and warm winter afternoon. relishing in delight of not having to shovel almost at all this year. wishing i had steaks to grill out on the weber instead of yet another jewel ham to eat up because of stocking up on those free ones. i still have 4 hams (counting those 2 hormel ones)
