I agree 100% And SC had no obligation to withdraw the pending lawsuit, it was pulled as a courtesy to Athena after 1:1 compliance was demonstrated. I dont like the FACT that SC has no problem involving paying customers in the lawsuit process, but lets keep it accurate.

So you were able to convert them to decent DVDs??? If yes rip the DVDs, I dont know what software you use but rip them to any video files that software will play.

OK thanks. A set that contains 50 discs would be cheaper to manufacture than a set that contains 100 discs... yes producing a set that contains more songs per disc would require less discs hence it is cheaper to produce. This is a thread about the GEM series which is sold only as sets.

Thanks for the info James. Lets also factor in that it will require half the time/labor to burn/package and they would be shipping half the weight. I am not saying that it is good or bad, just trying to be accurate. It does not cost the same.

Joe, would all that SYNC/performance/etc... stuff still be required if it was sold and downloaded as a VIDEO ala Itunes or such?

??? I disagree. How many songs fit on a single disc, I dont feel like doing the math but I can see one being cheaper.

And why would any of the above differ with any of the other NON-Download formats? Gem Series?
